Your portrait isn't pulled from a shelf. It's carefully prepared by our art team specifically for you.
Because these are true oil on canvas works, each piece requires time to create and additional time to properly cure before it can travel safely. This allows the work to retain its depth, richness, and longevity for generations.
International orders may take longer depending on your location and local customs processing.
Arrived damaged?
If your portrait arrives damaged, we will remake your artwork at no cost or issue a full refund: your choice. Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@oiloncanvas.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will expedite your replacement as quickly as we can.
